The hot water temperature should be kept above 50℃ at point of use.

1. Flush water for a couple of minutes from rarely used outlets once a week.
2. Clean the roof tank once a year.
3. Ensure tap filters, shower heads and piping are free from sedimentation, deposits, slime, and algae growth.
4. Use water from an approved source.
5. Keep the hot water heater on both in summer and winter.
