Reporting of Ingredients of Herbal Products for Smoking
Manufacturers and/or importers of herbal products for smoking must submit to the Superintendent of Public Health a list of all ingredients, and quantities thereof that are used in the manufacture of such products by
brand name and type.
The notification shall be submitted in electronic form via the EU common entry gate (EU-CEG)

The following notification form must also be submitted to the Superintendent of Public Health

Manufacturers or importers must also inform the Superintendent of Public Health when the composition of a product is modified in a way that affects the information submitted pursuant to this regulation.
The information required under this regulation shall be submitted prior to the placing on the market of a new
or modified herbal product for smoking.
The information received pursuant to the requirements above is publicly available, duly taking into account the need to protect trade secrets.
