Ħondoq ir-Rummien Bay & Żewwieqa Bay in Għajnsielem, Gozo

This profile covers two official bathing monitoring points. These sites are located along Gozo’s southern coast in Qala and Għajnsielem. D 19 can be found in il- Kuncizzjoni street, Qala. A typical rocky beach with a small sandy and pebbled area. The area isn’t highly urbanised and is located in an unspoilt and natural setting. This bay provides several water sports activities such as wind surfing, diving and yachting. D20 is adjacent to the Mġarr yacht marina and outside Mġarr harbour, Ghajnsielem. Żewwieqa beach is used a lot for diverse from shore.
