Wied iż-Żurrieq Bay

This profile covers one official bathing monitoring point. A16 is located along Malta’s southern coast in Wied iż-Żurrieq, Qrendi. The site comprises of a low lying rocky shoreline surrounded by steep sided gorge like valleys. Wied iż-Żurrieq is synonymous for diving, cuisine, fishing and tourism. Several divers visit the Um el Faroud wreck which is found in the vicinity.
