Mistra, Xemxija & Tal-Veċċa Bay in St Paul’s Bay

This profile covers three official bathing monitoring points. C16 and C17 are located along Malta’s north eastern coast accessible from the side road of Mistra street at St Paul’s Bay. Both site form part of Mistra Bay. C16 is a rocky shore surrounded by natural vegetation. While C17 is a sandy beach with pebbles at he end of the valley. In the vicinity there is ‘Ix-Xagħra tal-Kortin’, which comprises a mosaic of boulders, stones, dry gorges and crevices. C18 is located along Fekruna street in St Paul’s Bay, comprised of a cement jetty. The area is also surrounded by private dwellings and boat houses.
